Japanese Cuisine on Liverpool Street
Shiro is a Japanese restaurant and bar located at Liverpool Street’s Upper Broadgate Circle. You can also enjoy Shiro at home or from your desk with our takeaway service.
Hugely popular in our home Hong Kong, Shiro cuisine is inspired by Japan’s foodie hot spots; Ginza, Shinjuku and Shibuya in Tokyo – contemporary but true to the roots of Japanese cuisine, right to the heart of the City of London.
From our Crystal Sushi, invented by Shiro’s chefs, which adds extra layers of flavour to traditional sushi, delicious ramens made with Chef’s 50-year old family recipe, and being one of few restaurants to serve edomae sushi – our menus are reflective of contemporary Japanese cuisine true to the traditional root.
WHERE TO FIND US
We’re located in Upper Broadgate Circle, just a minute’s walk from Liverpool Street station – the quickest and easiest way to get to us would be via the Broadgate and Sun Street Passage exits. Moorgate station is just a short 5 minute walk away.
THE EXPERIENCE
If you work in the City, why not swing by for a delicious lunchtime treat with one of our sets? You also have the option to pre-order our dishes for click and collect, perfect for whenever you’re in a hurry.
If you’re joining us for dinner, we recommend trying our selection of edomae sushi which we serve instead of the more common nigiri sushi, which means our seafood is cut longer to drape on top of the rice almost touching the plate.
For those looking to unwind with friends or colleagues over drinks, our stunning bar is the perfect destination with our innovative cocktail menu. Our stunning bar area is perfect for group events, no matter the occasion.
Our commitment to contemporary Japanese cuisine, true to the roots of Japan, means that your dining experience with us will be unlike any other.
